Attorney: Tyler K. Folkman

I was born in Southern California and relocated to Eugene, Oregon when I was young child. I graduated from Sheldon High School, and later from the University of Oregon, with a Bachelor of Science in economics. After college I worked for a local manufacturing company that specialized in high-end agricultural products, quickly advancing to mid-level management. After five years working in the agricultural industry and the birth of my first child, I decided it was time to pursue my dream of being a transactional attorney. That led me to Willamette University’s College of Law in Salem, Oregon.

While in law school, I focused my legal education on business transactions and general business law subjects. My third year of law school was dedicated to preparing for the bar and interning with the United States Attorney’s Office in Portland, Oregon. My focus on business law topics allowed me to earn the Certificate in Law and Business in conjuncture with my Doctor of Jurisprudence. Since graduating law school, my practice has been centered on closing various types of business transactions and corporate housekeeping. My objective is to put the best work product in front of my clients, all while assisting them to achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

Outside of the office, you can find me rooting for University of Oregon athletics, coaching my oldest son’s sports teams, playing golf, or dining at one of Eugene’s many locally owned restaurants.
